Directions & Hours

Directions to our Main Office:

Our main office is located at 65 Springfield Road (Route 20) approximately 1.1 miles west of the West Springfield/Westfield line. We are on the ground floor of the Pioneer Valley Professional Center, with ample free parking.

From the Mass Pike: Take Exit #3. After the toll and at the end of the ramp, turn right onto Routes 10 & 202. Proceed south into the city of Westfield. Turn left onto Union Street and follow the signs for Route 20 eastbound. Follow Union Street to its end, and at the light (Route 20), turn left, and then immediately turn right into our driveway.

From I-91: Take exit #8. Follow signs off the exit ramps for Route 20 west. Follow Route 20 across the river, around the rotary and through the town of West Springfield. After Crossing the Westfield city line, go approximately 2 miles, and look for us on the left. We are directly across from Popoli Honda, and U-Haul.

Directions to our Springfield Office:

From the North: I-91 South to Massachusetts exit Route 291 East, take the first exit onto Chestnut Street, take the first U-turn on Chestnut Street. Mercy Medical Center is one-quarter of a mile on the right.

From the South: I-91 North to Massachusetts exit Route 291 East, take the first exit to Dwight Street, take a left onto Dwight Street, take a right at the first traffic light onto Carew Street. The entrance to Mercy Medical Center is one-quarter of a mile on the right.

From the East: From Eastern Massachusetts, take the Mass Turnpike to Exit 6 Route 291 West, take Armory Street exit, proceed one third of the way around the rotary to the blinking red light and follow the hospital sign onto Stafford Street. Mercy Medical Center is one-half mile on the right.

From the West: take Mass Turnpike to exit 6 exit Route 291 West. Once on Route 291 follow the above directions from the East.
